Buyanjargal Andrai

Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of the Administration, Monitoring, and Evaluation Office at Otgontenger University (OTU). Buyanjargal Andrai specializes in quality assurance, program development, teaching methodology, and pedagogy. She coordinated the Erasmus+ MONGWBL Project (2021–2024) and Erasmus+C3QA Project (2017–2019), achieving the accreditation of OTU’s Educational Studies Doctoral Program. Dr. Buyanjargal developed civic ethics curricula for grades 6–12. She has authored eight books and several research articles on education science and quality assurance. Additionally, she led OTU’s implementation of ISO 9001 standards and national projects like “Student with Salary.” Her professional development includes training in Spain, France, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Armenia.
